Agartala - Aizwal - Shillong - Cherrapunjee - Guwahati - Nameri - Dirang - Tawang -Kaziranga - Sivasagar - Kohima - Imphal

Day 01 - Arrive Agartala
Meeting and greetings on arrival at Agartala Airport and transfer to the hotel for check in.  Later in the afternoon proceed to visit Ujjayanta Palace. Over night at the hotel.

Day 02 - Agartala
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed for excursion to Neermahal.  Return to Agartala and visit the city.  Over night at the hotel.

Day 03 - Agartala to Aizwal (333 kms/10 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Aizwal by road, the capital of Mizoram. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 - Aizwal 
Morning after breakfast at the hotel commnce full day sightseeing to visit Barabazar, state museum, handicraft centre etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 - Aizwal to Shillong (430 km/ 11 hrs) 
Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya and check into the hotel on arrival for overnight.

Day 06 - Shillong to Cherrapunjee (56 kms/2 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel commence  half day sight seeing to visit Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, local bazaar etc. Later in the afternoon proceed to Cherrapunjee by road (world’s wettest place) enroute visiting Shillong Peak & Elephant falls. Overnight at the resort.

Day 07 -  Cherrapunjee to Guwahati (156 km/4 hrs)
After breakfast at the hotel proceed for sight seeing to visit  Mawsmai falls & Mawsmai cave, Nohkalikai falls, Thangkharang Park etc. In the afternoon drive to Guwahati enroute visiting Barapani Lake. Over night at the hotel.

Day 08 – At Guwahati
After relaxed breakfast at the hotel proceed for full day of  Guwahati to visit Kamakhya temple, Daul Govinda temple, Aswaklanta, Kanai Boroshi Rock Inscriptions, Navagraha temple, Assam State Museum & Shankardeva Kalakshetra. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 09 – Guwahati to Nameri (215 km/ 5 hrs)  
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to visit Assam Govt. Emporium where you will see Assam’s famous handloom & handicraft products. Later in the afternoon drive to Nameri National Park and check in at the resort on arrival.

Day 10 – Nameri to Dirang (235 km/6 hrs)
Early morning proceed for river rafting down the Jia Bhoroli River.  Later transfer to Dirang (Arunachal). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 – Dirang to Tawang (145 km/5 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Tawang via road enroute visiting the magnificent Nuranang falls & Sela Pass. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12 – At Tawang
Morning after breakfast leave for a full day tour and visit  Tawang monastery, Urgelling monastery, craft centre, war memorial, local bazaar etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13 – Tawang to Kaziranga (425 km/ 11 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel. depart for Kaziranga National Park and check in at the jungle resort on arrival. Over night at the resort.

Day14 – Kaziranga to Sivasagar (160 km/3 hrs)
Early morning proceed to the national park for game viewing on elephant’s back followed by jeep. Return to the resort for lunch.  Later in the afternoon depart to Sivasagar by car, the royal seat of Assam’s powerful Ahom Kingdom who ruled Assam for 6 centuries before the advent of the British. The Ahoms were successful in protecting Assam from several Mughal invasions. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15 – At Sivasagar
Morning after breakfast at the hotel commence full day tour of  Sivasagar visiting Ahom monuments. You will also see Charaideo Maidam (burial vault of the Ahom royals), Gargaon palace, Talatalghar, Ranghar, Jaysagar tank, Sivasagar tank & temple. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 16 -  Sivasagar to Kohima (270 km/6 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Kohima (capital city of Nagaland). Arrive and check in at the hotel on arrival.  Rest of the day is left free to relax.  Over night at the hotel.

Day 17 – At Kohima
Morning after breakfast at the hotel leave for a full day tour of Kohima visiting  War Cemetery, Museum, Emporium, Cathedral, Kohima village etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 18 – Kohima to Imphal (142 km/4 hrs)
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Imphal (capital city of Manipur) and check in at the hotel.  Later proceed  to visit Ima Market or Khwairamband bazaar (women’s bazaar). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 19 – At Imphal
Morning after breakfast at the hotel commence full day tour to visit Govindajee Temple, War Cemetery, Shaheed Minar, Khonghampat Orchidarium and Church .
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 20 - Imphal/Destination
Morning after breakfast at the hotel transfer to the airport in time to board flight for onward destination.
