Built in 1892, the Haveli symbolizes the finesse of traditional
Rajput architecture. The large elevated platform that dominates
the central area of the ground floor – once used for get-togethers
by the gentlemen of the house is now open to guests who can watch
puppet shows and folk dances while enjoying a leisurely snack or
drink.
The spacious lobby which opens into the chowk (or inner courtyard)
was, a century ago used only by the ladies of the house, is now
open to guests for a tête-à-tête
