So, to complete the need of a capital of newly made state Gujarat, Gandhinagar has been exclusively architected. Gandhinagar is located merely at the distance of about 23 km from Ahmedabad, the largest city of Gujarat.

Geographically positioned at the bank of River Sabarmati, the city is an example of planned city. It is architect by Prakash M Apte and H K Mewada, the two Indian architects. It is architected into thirty sectors; each sector has its own governance and private housing, community centre, primary school, health centre, and shopping complex. Besides, in every sector, you will get well maintained parks, large recreational area, and extensive plantation area. Interestingly, all these features are developed all along the river bank that makes it a unique and panoramic landscape.
