Located in the north-east part of the state, Neemrana is an ancient town in Alwar district of Rajasthan. Popular for its fort and palace, it is also known as ‘Raath Region’. Interestingly, it is the 6th century built of Hornstone Breccia rocks measured about 60-65 meters.

However, during the recent past, Government of Rajasthan has been developing the region as industrial hub. Besides, the Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) and the Japanese Zone in Majarkanth are also developed in the region. Because of these developments, various national as well as international companies are setting up their units here. Some of the known companies in the region are Parle G Biscuit, Ginni International Prarna Syntex, Terry Plus, MV Cotspin and many others.

The Historic town Neemrana is pretty popular for its forts and palaces; there are various centuries old structures that fascinate tourists.

Neemrana Fort: Built on high hillock in a scenic landscape, Neemrana fort is 15th century old fort. The fort is constructed by Raja Dup Raj in the year 1467; after its establishment, Chauhan dynasty shifted its capital from Mandhan to Neemrana. However, in the year 1986, it has been transformed into the heritage hotel.

Spread in 25 acres area, today, Neemrana Fort Palace is a luxurious heritage resorts. Since, it is built over a hill so, there is stepped palaces cut into the hillside. Its architecture, location and above all journey from the bottom to your booked home at the top of heritage are really thrilling. You can enjoy the local and traditional Rajasthani culture in a luxurious heritage.

How to Reach??

By Road: Since, it is located merely at the distance of 122 kms from Delhi on the Delhi-Jaipur highway, it is very easy to reach this place by bus. However, you can take bus from Delhi, Alwar and even from Jaipur. It is about two and half hours journey from Delhi.

By Rail: Rewari is the most preferred railway station to reach Neemrana, which is directly connected with Delhi.

By Air: Located merely at the distance of about 100 kms, New Delhi airport is the nearest airport from Neemrana. From New Delhi airport, you can either take bus or hire private small vehicle to enjoy your journey and holiday the fullest.
