Located at the distance of about 40 kms north from state capital Jaipur, Samode Palace is one of the most popular tourists’ sites in Rajasthan. In addition, Samode Haveli and Samode Garden which are located at the distance of about 6 kms from Jaipur are another popular heritage sites. However, Samode Haveli and Samode Garden are located at the distance of about 4 kms from each other.

Built by the dignified feudatory along with the hereditary title of 'Maha Rawal' or 'Maha Saheb’ of the Amber and Jaipur; all of these three palaces namely Samode Palace, Samode Haveli and Samode Garden are the heritage historical monuments. Their beautiful architectures illustrate the blend of Mughal and Rajasthani art.

Primarily, Samode Palace was constructed as a Rajput fort in the sixteenth century; but in early 19th century, it was reconstructed and redesigned from a fort into an exquisite palace in Rajput and Muslim architectural style under the administration of Rawal Berisal. And, Samode haveli was constructred by Rawal Sheo Singh about 150 years ago to be used as a resort for the royal family.

However, at present, Samode Heritage is high class luxurious hotels under the flagship of ‘Samode’ and it is managed by the hereditary owners of the Samode Heritage.

How to Reach??

By Road: Located within the 60 kms of range from state capital Jaipur Samode is well connected with road network. You can take bus or hire private vehicle to enjoy your journey the fullest.

By Rail: Since Jaipur is the centre so you can take train for Jaipur (which is well connected with various major and minor cities of India) and after reaching there, the car or bus is more preferable option.

By Air: Jaipur airport is the nearest airport, which is linked with major cities of India.
