Day 01 : Delhi
Meeting and greetings on arrival at International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. 

Day 02 : At Delhi

Morning after breakfast at the hotel commence full day tour of Old and New Delhi.
OLD DELHI : An ancient walled city. Here you will see Red Fort, the most opulent Fort and Palace of the Mughal Empire: Raj Ghat, the memo -rial site of the Mahatma Gandhi; Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; and Chandni Chowk, the bustling and colourful market of the old city. 

NEW DELHI : This city designed and built by the British in the 1920's - a city of wide boulevards impressive Government buildings, green parks and gardens. First you will visit two monuments from Delhi's past Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. Then your drive takes you along the ceremonial avenue, Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate and Parliament House.

Day 03 : Delhi - Jaipur
Morning after buffet breakfast at the hotel proceed to Jaipur by car (5 hours) and check in at the hotel.  Afternoon proceed to visit Pink city of Jaipur.
JAIPUR CITY : City Palace Museum - an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art. The Museum is resplendent with its collection of robes of royal princes, carpets, an armoury of old weapons, miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battle scenes and procession, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) - an accurate Observatory built in 1726 AD : Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a five storeyed wonder with a spectacular pyra midal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires.

Day 04 : At Jaipur
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed for an excursin to Amber Fort where you will have a chance to enjoy an elephant ride upto the ramparts of the fort.  AMBER FORT : 11 kms from Jaipur - A marvelous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. The magnificent old citadel, a labyrinth of massive walls and towers, shrouds an exquisite marble palace, pillared and carved glimmering with a million tiny mirrors, which create tantalising reflection effect. The ascent to the fort is on gaily caparisoned elephants.

Afternoon is left free to explore this city of colours on your own.  Car will remain on disposal if required to be used.

Day 05 : Jaipur - Agra
After buffet breakfast at the hotel in Jaipur proceed to Agra by car (5 hours) enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.

FATEHPUR SIKRI : A fascinating ghost town, lies a little beyond Agra the deserted Red sandstone city that was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital. It was a veritable fairy tale city and its ruins are still in a pristine condition. It is not hard to imagine what the court life must have been like in the days of its grandeur. Set like a jewel in a courtyard of pink sandstone is the marble tomb of the Saint Salim Chisti, enclosed by delicately carved marble screens.

After the visit continue your drive, on arrival check in at the hotel.  Afternoon tour of Agra city including world famous Taj Mahal.

AGRA CITY : is the medieval city of the famous 17th century master piece Taj Mahal, which of course is the most splendid of all buildings - perhaps the most perfect architectural monument in the world. It was built in the memory of the beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal of one of the greatest kings Shah Jehan of the Mughal Empire - Agra is not only famous for Taj Mahal but the impressive Mughal Red Fort known as the Agra Fort.

Day 06  : Agra – Orchha
After an early breakfast at the hotel transfer to the Railway Station to board Shatabdi Express train for Jhansi at 8 AM.  Meeting on arrival at Jhansi railway station, drive to Khajuraho via visiting medieval city of Orchha. Orchha which has hardly been touched by the hands of Time. Orchha is famous for its palaces and temples built in the 17th and 18th century. The four main and important temples worth a visit are The Chaturbhuj, Janaki, Laxmi and The Raja Ram temples

Day 07 – Orchha – Khajuraho

After an relaxed morning drive to Khajuraho and check in at the hotel on arrival.  Afternoon tour of Khajuraho temples.

KHAJURAHO CITY : Founded in the 9th and 10th century by the rulers of Chandela.
 Dynasty, influenced by tantrism, in eroticism becomes a theme of philosophical interest and the aim is submlimation of sexual relationship in the sexual act or "Maithun", women being regarded as the incarnation of the divine energy or "Shakti".

It is also possible that the Khajuraho were influenced by "Kama Sutra".among the temples to visit are the Kandariya Mahadeo, the largest and most typical Khajuraho temple, it soars 31 mts. high.Chaunsat Yogini, the only granite temple and the earliest surviving shrine of the group (900 A.D.) it is dedicated to Kali. Chitragupta temple is the temple dedicated to the Sun God : Surya. Vishwanath temple, a three headed image of Brahma is enshrined in this temple, and various other temples.

Afternoon transfer to airport to board flight for Varanasi at 1.30 PM.  Meeting on arrival at Varanasi Airport at 1.10 PM and transfer to the hotel.  Rest of the time free to relax.

Day 08 : Khajuraho - Varanasi - Fly
Morning time free to explore this erotic temple town on your own.  Late morning transfer to Khajuraho Airport to board flight for Varanasi at 1.30 PM.  Meeting on arrival at Varanasi Airport at 2.10 PM and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is left free to relax. Evening optional pay a visit to the Ganges for Sunset view. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 – At Varanasi
Early morning proceed to River Ganges for boat ride at dawn followed by temple tour.
VARANASI CITY : The consists of visiting the city temples – the durga temple, better known as the Monkey temple on account of the large number of monkeys residing there and the temple of Vishwanath (or Vesheshwar "Lord of the Universe") are the most sacred spots in the city. Visit will also include Bharat Mata or Mother India Temple and the Benares Hindu University.

Afternoon commence tour to visit SARNATH : 10 kms from the centre of the city, Sarnath symbolises the birth of Buddhism. It was here that Lord Buddha revealed his doctrine and founded his monastic community. The Museum at Sarnath is amongst the most important in India and contains carvings representing a whole range of styles - Archaic, the covering work of sculptors from 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D.

Day 11 - Varanasi to Sunauli Border to Lumbini
Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceed to Sunauli border in around 7 hours time by car.  Arrive and cross the border and take your another waiting car from Nepal and proceed to Lumbini (the birth place of Lord Budha) in around 1 hours time.  Later visit Maya Devi Temple dedicated to the mother of Lord Buddha, Sidhartha pond where Gautam Buddha was bathed after his birth. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 - Lumbini - Chitwan (192 km.)
Morning after breakfast leave by surface for Chitwan in around 5 hours time, on arrival check into the Jungle Lodge. After lunch leave for Jungle Safari in to the Royal Chitwan National Park to view game. (One horned Rhino, Bengal Tiger, Gharial, Striped Hyena and the Gangetic Dolphin etc.) Evening at leisure. Overnight at Jungle Lodge.
Day 13 - Chitwan
Early morning and late afternoon Jungle Safari in to the national Park, rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Jungle Lodge.
Day 14 - Chitwan - Pokhara
Morning after breakfast leave for Pokhara by car in around 5 to 6 hours time.  Pokhara is a legendary lake valley of Nepal lying quite relaxed on the lap of the most magnificent range of Annapurna range of Mountains. On arrival check into the hotel. Afternoon boat ride on Lake Phewa and sightseeing on Pokhara town. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 - Pokhara - Kathamndu
Morning after breakfast leave for Kathamndu by car in around 5 hours time, on arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure (optional half day excursion to Nagarkot) Nagarkot, is a fascinating Mountain Village (7,135 ft.) for most spectecular mountain range includes Mt. Everest, Manaslu, Makalu and many others. Later return to Kathamndu. Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 16 - At kathmandu
Morning after breakfast Sightseeing tour of KATHMANDU CITY - The Hanumandhoka - Kathmandu's Durbar Square is the historic seat of royalty. The Durbar Square with its old temples and palaces, epitomises the religious and cultural life of the people. It is here that kings of Nepal are crowned and their coronations solemnized. Also visit the Taleju Temple built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 AD,  the temple of Kal Bhairav - the God of destruction and the temple of Kumari (Vestal Virgin) or the Living Goddess - represents a very ancient Hindu deity of Nepal locally known as Taleju is Buddhist by birth. The Kumari acknowledges greetings from her balcony window. Once a year during Indra Jatra festival, the King of Nepal seeks the Kumari's blessing.  Kasthamandap -- Located near the Kumari Temple is said to be built from the  wood of a single tree from the city. The city of Kathmandu derives its name from this temple. The Kathmandu Durbar Square was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979.
SWOYHUMBHUNATH STUPA - the oldest Buddhist shrine. It is said to be 2,000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire’s base are the all - seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. It is 3 km west of Kathmandu City and is situated on a hillock about 77 m above the level of Kathmandu Valley and commands an excellent view of the Valley. This Stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal. It was also listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979.

Afternoon excursion to PATAN CITY - This city of architecture and fine arts was founded in 250 AD, previously called Lalitpur. It is also known as the "Town with a Thousand Golden Roofs." This ancient city lies about 5 kms southeast of Kathmandu. The city is full of Hindu and Buddhist monuments. Interesting places to visit here include the Durbar Square, Mahaboudha, Krishna Mandir and Hirayana Mahabihar Temple (The Golden Temple).
Day 17 - At Kathmandu
Morning after breakfast at the hotel day is left free for you to feel Kathmandu independently.  Overnight at the hotel.

Day 18 - Depart Kathmandu
Transfer to the airport in time to board flight for onward destination.
