Namastè Chaman.
Our trip was fine: all the reservations worked well. Maybe we wanted to see too much, and so we spent too many hours in the car: I would skip Mt Abu, If I had to rearrange now the trip.
We were also unlucky with car accidents, but Girish was perfect.
We appreciated your reliable job: we’ll suggest to use your services to our friends going to came in India. If you like, we can use me as reference.
For ourselves, we hope to came again in India, and use again your services.
Thank you and Namastè, Chaman.

Hey Chaman,
We are back on the boat now and finally getting some rest. Unfortunately we wont be able to drink any beers for awhile, although that may be ood for Danielle. Thank you again for everything we had a great time and loved seeing India with you, no regrets at all with choosing you. We were fiine in the airport last night and appreciated you offering to come get us. I think both the girls phones were dead today so we were not able to call you. Hopefully when we get to Vietnam I will be able to post some pictures on facebook and tag you in them. We will be recommending you to everyone we know and when the time gets closer I really want to help you promote it on facebook.
Thanks for everything
Danny (Colin O'Sullivan - Semester at Sea October, 2009)
Hi Chaman-
Thank you for the wonderful tour-it was quite an experience. I believe I still owe you $588 (?) dollars- is the information below still accurate for your bank account? I have to go to the East Coast for work the rest of the week, but I will wire you the funds when I get back to Seattle next week.
Thanks again-
Kim - USA - Sep 2009
Hi dear Chaman,
We DO travel a lot (and have travelled - just look at our age...), but I don't think we have experienced a more perfect holiday than the one we booked with YOU, organisational-wise. But so much more important: These lovely people you selected for us. That made our holiday so much richer atmosphere-like. So, needless to say, we are full of ideas what to do next in India - will come back to you - make big promises that we will never again forget our passports anywhere.
More later - we will now try to catch the last hours of the annual Oktoberfest here in Munich, the big beer festival.
Many thanks and we will be in touch with you.

Hello Chaman & Co...
A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL.
We wish you a happy, healthy, peaceful & prosperous 2009, a year
in which we may meet up with you once again! Our apologies for
not being in touch since our return, however we've been in a bit
of a whirlwind since landing back in the UK as we've had to cram
in Christmas and New Year celebrations with all our family and
friends as well as recovering from the jet lag before our return
to work today!! We are looking forward to taking some time out
to reflect on our wonderful trip, as you rightly said Sahil had
the most amazing experience, he hasn't stopped talking about it
and despite being very poorly during our stay in Pune he cannot
wait to return to India which is in complete contrast to our friend's
son who has said he never wishes to return!! I don't think the
hotel in Mumbai helped with our friends experience as they booked
into the Hotel Supreme along with us and we have to say it was
the most disappointing hotel of our whole stay! How they get away
with categorising it as a 3* hotel is beyond comprehension, it
was more like a backpackers hostel rather than a family hotel!
The plus side to the hotel was its great location which I'm sure
is the reason you chose it. This trip has given us a small taster
and we cannot wait to return for more, we will be more than happy
to use your services again. We have given your details to some
friends who are visiting family in India this February and are
considering doing the Delhi, Agra, Jaipur tour on our recommendation.
Once again we thank you for all your help and support during our
'first' trip to India.
Kind Regards,
Judith, Arshad & Sahil

Mara just called and is so thrilled with the trip you put together.
She sounded happy, tired, and learning so much about your country.
Thank you! When I decide to come to India- I'll be contacting
you for the tour.

Indian Travel Agency Discovery Full Circle Tours (our feedback)
As we found a recommendation for an Indian travel agency called
"Discovery Full Circle Tours" (http://www.discoveryfullcircle.com)
here on the Thorn Tree Forum, we want to give some feedback on
our very positive experiences. We went to India last december
and had a two-week trip (private car w/ driver) through Tamil
Nadu organised by Mr Chaman Thakur and his agency "Discovery Full
Circle Tours", based in Delhi. As we did the first two weeks (Rajasthan)
on a tour organized by an European agency we can make a direct
comparison between that one (which was a constant struggle against
being pushed into tourist places and guided tours through the
sights) and the one organized by Chaman. Chaman is a very nice,
helpful and competent person which trusted us even as our European
bank caused problems with the money transfer. The tour was organized
in a perfect way according to our requests, the hotels were all
clean and the price was more than reasonable. Best of all, we
were very happy with our driver who instantly understood and respected
our interests and even brought us to great places that appear
in no guidebook. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy souvenirs.
Next time we come to India we will surely book again at Discovery
Full Circle! Well, it does sound indeed a little bit like publicity
but keeping in mind the huge diffenrences between an expensive
and still annoying trip and the two relaxing (and much cheaper!)
weeks in Tamil Nadu we think that Chaman has deserved this!

Travel Agent Recommendation Just returned from 4 months in India,
Nepal and Bhutan. We are middle age couple and wanted a fairly
comfortable trip. The trip was very well organized, we stayed
in 3 * accommodation our transportation was by air, train and
car/driver. The agent we used was Discovery Full Circle Tours
in New Delhi. There email is mktg@discoveryfullcircle.com We would
recommend there service.

Khumba Mela in allahabad India
Just returned from the Khumba Mela in allahabad, India and wanted
to give a report. I must say what an experience it was. Chaos
is one way to describe it. The UP government estimated 75million
people attended the event with 13 million people taking a dip
on the main bathing day. We were there on the main day and it
was crazy. We were the only Americans that I could see. I saw
a number of Koreans, Japanese, and Europeans, but not too many.
We stayed in a hotel in City Lines and left the hotel at 230 AM
by bicycle rickshaw to get to the Ganges. We ended up walking
a good 2 hours . The police had everything blocked off because
of the tight security. They would let foreigners through the barricades
though which helped a lot. I estimate I walked over 20 miles in
the 3 days I was there. Everyone was friendly. I guess they were
suprised to see foreigners. My father and my brother-in-law had
their wallets picked though. We found a local university student
that served as a guide for us that helped us out a lot. I can't
tell you what it is like to see that many people in one place.
Chaos is a good word. It was crazy. It is surely something to
see and something that not too many westerners get to see. There
was nothing to eat though. I lost 7 pounds. I will be posting
a youtube movie and some pics on yahoo eventually under the name
: medicalmission we used a local tour company called discovery
tours that went off well. it was a private tour. it was worth
it. I did not take a dip myself but, did put my hand in the river.
anyway, if anyone wants to know more. pm me. I took 3500 pictures.

Namaste Chaman,
first of all: sorry for not answering before but we were pretty
busy these days due to jetlag and all the work that had piled
up during the last 4 weeks. The flight back to Vienna was without
problems just like our train trip back to Chennai. We enjoyed
the tour through South India very much - to be honest we liked
it a lot better than the first half in the north. This is also
due to Deva who is a great driver and always had the right feeling
for the things we might be interested in! The only thing we regret
is not having included a couple more days at the beach resort
to relax as we probably have underestimated the distances and
especially the driving conditions a bit. Thanks again for organizing
everything so well and we are looking forward to our next trip
to India!
Greetings from Vienna to you and your family

Dear Mr Thakur
I have had a marvellous holiday in Rajasthan - made all the better
by your courteous and competent drivers and guides. They were
so helpful and kind. I cannot thank you enough or praise them
more highly - they were FANTASTIC and I would not hesitate in
recommending you- Thank You very much indeed. I am hoping to return
in a few years.

Dear Chaman,
We would like to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and
Health for the New year. We are thrilled to be going home to our
family for Christmas. We are leaving India with many fond memories
not least of which was the comfort knowing that you were looking
after us so well. We are forever grateful for everything you have
done on our behalf. We will keep in touch. Thank you. Best Wishes

Dear Chaman
A brief note to let you know that we have now arrived back in
London after a good flight with Air India. There was a slight
delay at Delhi due to fog but the time was made up and we landed
at Heathrow about an hour late. Thank you again for all your input
into our recent visit which we thoroughly enjoyed and we will
certainly use your services again when we next return to India.

of the excellent arrangements made by you during my son-in-law

Transport and guides were all par excellent. The staff and Guides
were knowledgeable and modest in behaviour. Jayesh expressed emmence
satisfaction for the Tour arrangements, that made it memorable.
He will cherish the memories of your hospitality. I would unheasitatingly

Dear Chaman Thakur,
Sorry for the late reply, but it has been a bit hectic at the
office here after 5 weeks of holiday. Indead, one has concerns
which arises on service and reliability without knowing to each
other. If one gets feedback from other travellers ( like in our
case a collaegue from Australia ) that is always more reassuring.
I will certainly give your agency as reference to collgaegues,
friends or family who want to do a trip in India. But, we are
very satisfied with the organization and the services provided
by the 2 drivers. We were very pleased with the speed we got replies
from you. A good follow-up is very important to us and also gives
a feeling of trust. Thank you once again for the organization
of our wonderfull trip to the south of India. Kind Regards, Yves

Hi Chaman,
It is nice to hear from you. I am happily back home and enjoying
the family life again. India seems so far away already. My husband
and I were glad to use your company's service, and in the end,
we were safely arrived back to Delhi from our busy itinerary and
felt accomplished about it. I appreciate you sent Govind for dropping
me off to the airport, and that really helped me in the heavy
rain. We will be more than happy to refer your company if any
prospective clients ask. Perhaps we will see again in India sometime
!

Hi Chaman,
I returned well to San Francisco, and our tour of India has quickly
become just a beautiful memory. Indeed, I settled too quickly
back into my work at the office. Thank you again for organizing
such a great tour, with many sights and a perfect schedule. Thank
you also for arranging for Candice to get a ride back to the airport.
She very much appreciated this. I certainly will come back to
India, maybe not next year, but soon, and I will let you know.
All the best, and good success with the travel business.

Overall I was very impressed with the organization given that
I made arrangements at a very late notice, everyone was extremely
accommodating in reacting to my request- that included a last
minute change to my itinerary. Due to the experiences of 20 years
of my present company / employer, I have high expectations of
quality. My experience with Discovery Full Circle Tours did not
disappoint my expectations ...... they delivered above my expectation.
The bottom line is that I would use again and I would recommend
to others theri services. In the area of development needs I would
only list making certain the drivers have a better command of
the language. Note that this was not a majore issue but wold have
added value to the travel.
Best Regards and Good Fortune in the Future

We had a wonderful trip to India and your services with driver,
car and guides in Jaipur were EXCELLENT and much appreciated.
We unfortunately were diverted to Delhi and did not arrive in
Agra until 6pm on 7th February so I rang and cancelled your driver
as soon as we knew we would not be there. I cannot thank you firm
enough, I gave your card to other people when were there and will
continue to do so. Thank you very much again,
Yours sincerely,

I just got home from Mexico today but couldn’t wait to email you
and thank you for such a fantastic trip for the girls. We talked
to Callie a couple of times and she sounded so happy and said
the trip was so fantastic....mainly because of all the personal
attention you gave to the girls. It seems that they saw so much
and learned so much and that’s all we could have wanted for them.
You were absolutely wonderful and I truly hope to have the chance
to meet you some day soon. You were so nice to send those pictures
as well – It is a beautiful photo of the Taj Mahal and the girls
loved seeing it at sunrise. There was just an article in the NY
times about how the best place to view the Taj Mahal was from
the other side of the river. I cannot thank you enough – you were
wonderful....and Callie loved her shawl which was so sweet. We
will refer anyone we know to you who plans to travel to India
in the future!!
Many many thanks

Hello Chaman,
We went on to Goa & Chennai after Mumbai and just arrived back
this weekend and are recovering from a bit of jetlag. I received
your messages and wanted to send you an email but had very little
computer access. Andrew and I had just a wonderful time. Sunil
did a wonderful job of taking us all through Rajasthan and we
enjoyed our tours. The guide in Udaipur and Delhi were our favorites.
I really wanted to thank you for all of your hospitality and your
great company. Our car was very comfortable and we really enjoyed
our trip. When I have some time, I will post a note on some of
the India forums about your company. I know it wasn't easy for
me to find a company that I trusted from all the way over here,
so I think it will help others to find you.
Thank you so much, again! Warm regards,

April - May 2006 - Recommendations to New Client from Past
Clients
Greetings Jackie,
My husband and I were booked on a tour (through another US company),
which was to include Nepal in April/May 2006. Unfortunately, civil
unrest broke out in Nepal just prior to our departure date and
the trip was canceled. The US company could not offer anything
we liked, so I did some research on Lonely Planet's web site.
We were recommended to Full Circle through a posting in Lonely
Planet's web site. As you can imagine, we were a bit concerned
about booking a trip through a company we did not know and were
thousands of miles away, however we had no choice. We cannot express
enough, how pleased we were with Discovery Full Circle. In all
aspects they went above and beyond. Chamon took care of all our
arrangements, from hotel, flights, car w/guide and requested no
payment until; we arrived in India at which time he came to us
to finalize the arrangements. (unheard of in USA!) He kept in
constant contact to ensure we were happy with our arrangements.
As the icing on the cake, when we arrive in New Delhi on our last
day, he greeted us at out hotel, (the Taj Mahal) and escorted
us with the hotel staff to our room to ensure our satisfaction.
In addition, he arranged for a car and personally escorted us
on a private shopping tour. I cannot say enough about this travel
service. They are like nothing we have ever experienced in the
US and I wish their were companies such as theirs were we live.
Amazing respect and service. If you have any further questions,
feel free to contact me again. Sincerely,
Michelle Menasche

Hi Jackie -
we just finished a 2 week tour of India and Kathmandu - all arranged
by Discovery Full Circle Travel. The company and the tour exceeded
our expaectations. We felt they were good value, very responsive,
very concerned about our comfort, and very honest. We felt that
Mr. Thakur was watching out for us at all times. We feel comfortable
about recommending them to you and to our friends. Hope you enjoy
India as much as we did!
Cheers,

June - July 2006
Dear Jackie
Thanks for your inquiry. I can certainly understand that you are
looking for a good and reliable travel agency, especially when
you go to India. I found Discovery Full Circle tour agency through
the internet prior to my India and Nepal tour in July. Among few
other tour agencies I contacted, only this agency was very prompt
in reply and was patient in giving me the detailed answers to
my various questions regarding the tour. Frankly, I was a bit
anxious myself to find the right agency who could work with me
in mapping out my tour itinerary according to my budget. However, the
agency gave me a good impression with their assurences to deliver
what they promised. It is important you make it clear what kind
of budget, what kind of accomodation, transportation, what you
expect from the tour guides, etc before the tour. I highly recommend
the Discovery Full Circle tour to you because Mr.Charman who operates
the agency seemed eager to hear the clients' wants and needs to
please them to make it a satisfying tour. I hope this helps. Please
don't hesitate to ask me if you have any other questions. Happy
travel !

Dear Chaman
We finally have a chance to write to you to tell you how very
pleased we were with our tour. You exceeded our expectations!
We have told everyone we met how lucky we were to have found you
and your company. If clients ever want a reference we would be
glad to tell them our experience and how very pleased we were
with your service. It was a pleasure to do business with you and
we hope to send some more business your way. I will post information
about your company on Lonely Planet and Cruise Critic. Many thanks
for all your hard work making our trip a wonderful experience.
Thank you also for arranging the post tour day tours for us. We
must also mention the fact that our driver was terrific. We couldn't
have asked for better! He took very good care of us and was always
helpful and friendly. Our tour guides in Kathmandu, Jaipur, and
Mumbai were the best. We thought you would want to know. Very
best wishes and best of luck to you and your family. We enjoyed
meeting you and thank you for a lovely dinner and evening. Sincerely,
