Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
Meeting and greetings on arrival at Delhi’s international airport and transfer to HOTEL where room is booked to check in immediately on arrival for overnight stay.

Day 02 – At Delhi
Morning after breakfast at the hotel met your licenced local Guide and driver at hotel lobby and proceed for a combined tour of Old and New Delhi.
Old Delhi visiting Red Fort – Built of red sand stone, Hieght Red Fort varies from 18 m to 33 meters and extends for 2 km. Shah Jahan started constructing huge For - Lal Qila in 1638 and was completed in 1648. The Mughals ruled from Delhi for very short time. It was only Aurangzeb who ruled from here. Jama Masjid- Shah Jahan started construction of this huge mosque in 1644 and was completed in 1658. Mosque has three gates, four angle towers and two minarets standing 40m (133ft) high constructed of alternating vertical strips of red sandstone and white marble. The courtyard of the mosque can accommodate 25,000 people at a time. Take a rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk - the main street of Old Delhi - the colourful shopping bazaar just opposite the Red Fort and visit Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi after his assassination in 1948.

New Delhi visiting Qutab Minar – 234 feet high Minaret. The Qutab Minar is a soaring tower of victory started building in 1193 after the defeat of the last Hindu kingdom in Delhi. It is nearly 73m (243ft) high and tapers from a 15m (50ft) diameter base to just 2.5m (9ft) at the top. The tower has five distinct storeys, each marked by a projecting balcony. The first three storeys are made of red sandstone, the fourth and the fifth of marble & sandstone. Also visit the Tomb of Mughal Emperor Humayun. Built by Haji Begum in the middle of 16th century, senior Wife of 2nd Mughal King Humayun who was born Persia, The Tomb is a excellent example of early Mughal architecture. The elements in its design – a squat building, high arched entrances that let in light, topped by a bulbous dome and surrounded by formal gardens – were to be refined over the years to the magnificence of the Taj Mahal in Agra. Drive past India Gate (War Memorial), President’s House, which was once the Viceroy’s Palace, Parliament House and Secretariat buildings..

Day 03 - Delhi to Udaipur – overnight train – 1905 / 0720 hrs + 1
Morning after breakfast at the hotel day free for self exploration and relax. Late afternoon transfer to Delhi Railway Station to board overnight train fro Udaipur. Overnight on board.

Day 04 – Arrive Udaipur (7.20 AM)
Meeting on arrival at Udaipur Railway Station by our representative at 7 AM and transfer to HOTEL. Afternoon at around 12 PM met your driver at the hotel lobby and proceed for half day tour of Udaipur. The tour will cover the magnificent City Palace, the Jagdish temple, the pleasure gardens and a drive around the other nearby lakes.

Evening enjoy boat ride at Lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 – At Udaipur
Morning after breakfast at the hotel full day free for self experience and exploration plus bit of relax. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06 - Drive to Jodhpur (Drive time is 5 hrs. approximately)
Morning after buffet breakfast at the hotel. Proceed by car to Jodhpur. Stop enroute at Ranakpur to visit this white marble Jain Temple Complex. Ranakpur is spread over 48,000 sq.feet, the temple is an astounding creation with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars - all distinctly carved.

Arrive at Sun city of Jodhpur with its massive Forts and Palace and a blue colorful old part of the town. Arrive and check into your hotel.
Afternoon met with your driver at hotel lobby and proceed on a sightseeing tour of magnificent high rise hill fort of Mehrangarh Fort with commanding bastions as well as superb view of entire Jodhpur city. While returning back to your heritage palace hotel make a short visit to the translucent marble temple which is unique in the sense that photographs of erstwhile royal family are worshiped here. Rest of the day free for independent activities or to explore this blue city on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07 : Jodhpur to Jaisalmer – morning train – 0520 / 1130 hrs
Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Jaisalmer by car in around 6 hours and check in at the hotel. Rest of the evening is free to relax at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08 – At Jaisalmer

After buffet breakfast at the hotel leave for Jaisalmer by car (6 hours). Morning sight seeing tour of Jaisalmer city visiting The Golden Fort of 99 Bastions, Manek Chowk, Patwon Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Haveli (the old Mansions with lattice work done on the walls).

Afternoon proceed for an excursion to Sam Sand Dunes (1 hour drive) for Sunset view from the desert. You have a chance here again for short camel ride to view Sunset from the Sand Dunes. Overnight at the Hotel at Jaisalmer.

Day 09 – Jaisalmer to Jaipur – Overnight train – 1645 / 0450 hrs + 1

Morning after breakfast at the hotel day free for self exploration and bit of relax. Afternoon transfer to railway Station to board overnight train for Jaipur. Overnight on board.

Day 10 – Arrive Jaipur at 4.50 AM
Morning after breakfast at the hotel at around 9 AM met your English speaking local guide at hotel lobyy and proceed to visit Amber Fort – This was the state capital of the past until 1728. The Amber fort is a wonderful example of Rajput architecture, Greatly situated on the hillside and overlooking a lake, which reflects its terraces and ramparts. Visit the Jagmandir - the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors, Jal Mahal and the Temple of Kali.

Enjoy Elephant ride up to the rampparts of this 11th Century Fort.

City sightseeing tour includes Maharaja’s City Palace – City Palace occupies a large area divided into a many courtyards, gardens and buildings. Jai Singh built outer wall of this huge complex, but rest of the additions are very recent, some dating from the start of this century. City palace is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal Architecture. The palace houses a museum containing rare manuscripts, fine specimens of Rajput and Mughal paintings and weapons. Also visit Jantar Mantar- an observatory, very close to the entrance of the City Palace, started by King Jai Singh in 1728. Astronomy passion of Jai Singh was more notable than his prowess as warrior. Before starting construction, king sent scholars abroad to study foreign observatories. Jantar Mantar appears to be just a curious collection of sculptures but in fact each construction has a specific purpose, such as measuring the positions of stars, altitudes and azimuths and calculating eclipses.

Day 11 - Jaipur / Agra - Drive – Day train – 0610 / 1055 hrs – Taj Mahal remain closed on Fridays
Early morning transfer to Jaipur Railway Station board day train for Agra. Meeting on Agra Railway Station and transfer to the hotel for check in. Afternoon proceed for an excursion trip to visit - Fatehpur Sikri 40 kms (25 miles) before Agra – Huge Complex Fatehpur Sikri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 which was later abandoned due to scarcity of water. There are many graceful buildings within the complex including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti and Panch Mahal with beautiful art work.

Day 12 – Agra to Varanasi – overnight train – 2105 / 0810 hrs
Morning after breakfast at the hotel visit the world famous Taj Mahal (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)- The monument of love was built by Emperor Shah Jahan as memorial to his second wife - Mumtaz Mahal, who died in childbirth in 1631 left the Emperor heartbroken. It is said that that hair of Shah Jahan turned gray overnight. Construction of the Taj Mahal was begin in 1631 and completed in 1653. 20,000 people from India and Central Asia worked on this white building. Today Taj Mahal is life time dream for many people worldwide who wish to see this stunning structure atleast once in life time. Also visit Agra Fort, constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1695 on the banks of the Yamuna River. Initially the fort was a military structure, but during Shah Jahan’s rule it had partially become a palace.

Rest of the afternoon free to relax. Evening transfer to Railway Station to board overnight train for Varanasi. Overnight on board.

Day 13 – Arrive Varanasi
Meeting on arrival at Varanasi Railway Station and transfer to the hotel.

Varanasi , Kashi or Benaras as it used to be called in the 7th century B.C has been the religious capital of the Hinduism since ancient time. Varanasi is one of the oldest cities in the world and a hub of firmly rooted traditions. The old city of Varanasi is a maze of small streets and alleyways, hiding in disorderly array no less than 2000 temples and shrines. Domes, minarets, pinnacles and towers, and derelict 18th century palaces dominate the sacred left bank of the river Ganges.

Afternoon commence tour to visit SARNATH : 10 kms from City centre, Sarnath symbolises the birth of Buddhism. It was Sarnath where Lord Buddha revealed his doctrine and founded his monastic community. The Museum at Sarnath is amongst the most important in India and contains carvings representing a whole range of styles - Archaic, the covering work of sculptors from 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D.

Evening visit Holy River Ganges to witness live evening Prayer. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14 – Varanasi to Delhi
Early morning boat ride on the river Ganges, where you will see hundreds of devotees offering prayers to the sun god, and rinsing them selves of all their sins in this holy river followed by quick temple tour and drive through the Hindu University. Rest of the day free for self exploration of this ancient Indian city.

Evening transfer to the Railway Station to board overnight train for Delhi. Overnight on board.

Day 15 – Arrive Delhi
Meeting on arrival at Delhi Railway station and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for independent exploration, last minute shopping OR relax before heading back to home.

Day 16 – Depart Delhi
Transfer to the Airport in time to board home bound flight.
