Morning transfer to Airport to board flight for Paro. Meeting on arrive at Paro airport and drive to Thimphu. Visit of Tashicho dzong, the castle, which serves as seat of the king and government. If time permits, visit of the other sights. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning drive to gigantic statue of Buddha overlooking the valley and walk to striking city viewpoint. See Memorial Chorten, always busy with devotees. Walk in Norzin lam street and see the traffic police signaling in junctions. Thimphu is only capital in the world without the traffic lights. Finish walk in main postal office to visit postal museum with exhibition of valuable Bhutanese stamps and philatelic shop where beautiful stamps can be bought. Visit school of traditional arts, where the young men and women learns the arts and craft of their forefathers. Continue with visit to Folk Heritage Museum with exhibition on traditional village life in Bhutan. Excursion to Takin zoo, where the national animal, the mysterious takin, is kept, After that Changankha lhakhang, the oldest place of worship in the valley. Late afternoon/evening transfer to Wangdue over Dochu-la pass

Early morning drive to Gangtey. Visit of Gangtgey gompa, which belong to old sect of Tibetan Buddhism and walk in beautiful Phobjika valley. 2½ hour walking tour through the valley is one of the most beautiful and easy hikes in Bhutan. You will go through the buckwheat and potato fields to the mixed forest with trees decorated with old men's beard lichen and finally you will get a view of marshland. Here, in late autumn and winter, rare black neck crane, elusive and holy bird, can be seen. Visit of old local house and tasting the local spirits and salty butter tea. Evening drive back to Wangdue.

Morning climb to Khamsum monastery with wonderful view of the valley and it‘s terraced paddy fields. Visit of Punkaha dzong, which counts as the most intricately decorated castle in the kingdom. Short walk to Chhimmy lhakhang temple, devoted to 15th century saint Drukpa Kunley, know as “Divine madman”, who did taught Buddhism by singing, drinking and rampant sexual behavior. Evening drive to Paro.

Visit of the National Museum and Paro dzong (Rinpung dzong), the castle-monastery where Bernardo Bertolucci’s Little Buddha film was shot. Pristine Kyichu lhakhang is one of the two oldest temples built in Bhutan. Climb to Taktsang gomba (Tiger’s Nest) is the highlight of the tour. While the hike seems to be hard, it’s very rewarding. If you don’t feel so strong, you can climb just halfway to cafeteria with nice view of the place.

Morning after breakfast drive to Jaigon via crossing Phuntsholing border (Bhutan – India Border) Stop at Tashog lhakhang to see traditional bridge built using ancient iron chains. In Phuntsholing see the view of Indian planes from Phuntsholing gompa. Crossing border to Jaigon and accomodation in hotel. Your car from Paro returns to Paro after hotel drop in Jaigon and our Indian car meet you here.

Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Gangtok and check into the hotel on arrival. Gangtok : This fairytale capital of Sikkim in the clouds, balanced precariously on steep mountain slopes, surrounded by lush rice terraces, swift flowing, gurgling, foaming rivers and distant snow views, Gangtok reflects unique ambience which derives from its happy blend of tradition and modernity. Alongside the deeply felt presence of stupas and monasteries, Gangtok also bustles like any other town. But with many of these oasis of quite, those unexpected pockets of peace exists everywhere.

Morning after breakfast at the hotel tour of Rumtek Monastery, Tibetology & Do Drul Chorten. Afternoon visit Enchey Monastery and cottage Industry. Overnight at the hotel. Rumtek Monastery : The 24 km drive from the capital to Rumtek Monastery is, in itself, worth the effort. Changing vistas of mountains unfold at every bend and there are delightful vignettes of the hamlets and fields of the people of rural Sikkim. Institute of Tibetology : This organization is dedicated to furthering Tibetan studies, Buddhist philosophy and religion. Enchey Monastery : An important seat of the Nyingmapa order, the Enchey Monastery is built on the site blessed by Lama Druptob Karpo, a tantric master known for his power of flying. Do-Drul Chorten : One of the most important stupa of Sikkim, it was built by Trulshi Rimpoche, head of the Nyingmapa order of Tibetan Buddhism, in 1945. Inside the stupa, there are complete mandala sets of Dorjee Phurba (Bajra Kilaya), a set of Kan-gyur relics (holy books), Zung (mantras) and other religious objects

Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Darjeeling through green hilly roads and tea plantation. Arrive and check into the hotel. Darjeeling : Situated at 2134 m above sea level, Darjeeling was acquired by the British from the Raja of Sikkim as a gift around a hundred and fifty years ago, and developed it as a rest and recreational center for their troops. Today the town retains many of the legacies of the British Government.

Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill and Ghoom Monastery - Tiger Hill : An early morning trip to the Tiger Hill promises an unique experience. A view of the sunrise amidst the Himalayan range has earned it an international fame. Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. After breakfast tour of Tibetan Refugee Centre, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoo. Afternoon visit Happy Valley.
