Located in the northern part of India, Uttar Pradesh remains a politically powerful state all through the ancient, medieval and modern period. The state shares its boundary with Uttarakhand in the north, Bihar in the east, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh in the south-east, Madhya Pradesh in the south, Rajasthan in the west, Haryana and Delhi in the north-west; however, in the north-east, Uttar Pradesh also shares its international boundary with Nepal. Historically, the major dynasties who had ruled the region were Magadha, Nanda, Mauryan, Sunga, Kushan, Gupta, Gurjara, Rashtrakuta, and Pala starting from ancient to early medieval; during the medieval time, Mughal Empires ruled; however, during the modern period, British took the command of the region. The region evolved as the separate region in the year 1805; however, it was created in the year 1937 as the United Province. Finally, in the year 1950, it is renamed as Uttar Pradesh. The state has several historical cities that hold equal importance even in the modern era, such as Varanasi, Kaushambi, Ballia, Shravasti, Kushinagar, Mathura, Lucknow, Chitrakoot, Jhansi, Allahabad, Agra, Piprahwa and Meerut.
Meeting on arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station and straight drive to Mathura in around ¾ hours time. Arrive and check into the hotel. Rest of the time free to relax. Evening visit Shri Krishna temple. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast leave to visit Vrindavan – childhood place of Lord Krishna grazing cows, played. Return to Mathura. Afternoon spend your day exploring sacred city of Mathura – Birth place of Lord Krishna where you will find many Hindu Temples around.
Morning after breakfast leave to visit Gokul where Krishna lived with Yashoda Mata, visit Gokul Nath Temple. Continue on to Mahavan visit Khambha – Temple dedicated to Mathura Nath ji. Later Visit Goverdhan. Return to Mathura for overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast at the hotel leave to visit Nand Gaon, visit Pan Sarovar. Later proceed to Birth place of Radha Rani at Barsana, visit ladliji temple, Prem Sarovar. Return to Mathura for overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast at the hotel leave for Agra via visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive and check into the hotel. Afternoon tour of Red Fort of Agra. Evening Sunset visit to the Taj Mahal. Overnight at the hotel.
Early morning Optional visit Mehtab Bagh for stunning views of the Taj Mahal with rising rays of the Sun. Later drive to Delhi and check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, Red Fort from outside, Jama Mosque and ride Cycle rickshaw through narrow lanes of Chandani Chowk. Overnight at the hotel
Morning after breakfast proceed for tour to visit Kopai and Khoai Rivers, Amar Kutir – a Handicraft Center, visva Bharati University Campuse, Art Gallery, Museum and Ballavpur Deer Park. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast proceed for tour to visit Himanyun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutab Minar, India Gate, President's palace etc. Afternoon transfer to airport to board homebound flight.
