Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling your booking and processing refunds.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date that the cancellation request is received.

Flight Cancellations
- Flight tickets are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the airline.
- Service charges of INR 500 per person will be applicable over and above airline cancellation charges.
- For rescheduling, fare difference + airline change fees apply.
Hotel & Land Packages
- Peak season bookings (Dec 20 - Jan 5) are 100% non-refundable.
- Unused services (meals, sightseeing) during the tour are not eligible for a refund.
- Early check-out is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.).

We verify the refund amount with our partners within 48 hours.
